EQUITRON Fully Automatic Vertical Autoclave is ideal for Pharma QC / QA / Micro / R & D , and all applications wherein assured sterilization of all living organisms is required.

EQUITRON Advantages:


Enables reproductibility of results as full cycle including purging of state air, sterilizing, hold time of sterilizing period, cycle end with automatic exhaust of pressure are fully automatic, requiring no human intervention. Supplied with Test Certificate and Calibration Certificate for temperature Controller and Pressure Gauge.

Construction:


Inside and outside chamber, carier(s), flange, fly screw, crosspin, heater, cover stand are fully stainless steel.
Hydraulically die pressed lid from Stainless Steel plate.

Standard Features:

 

1.Controller with time and temperature programmable by user.

2.A backlit alphanumeric two line 32 character LCD display.

3.Low water level, sensor open/short alarms and cut off.

 

4.Lid is fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve, safety fusible plug (all except #7423 & #7433) manual exhaust valve, vacuum breaker cum purge valve and quick release coupling for online pressure calibration check.

5.Drain valve for easy draining and cleaning, Moulded rubber Gasket and Stainless Steel carrier(s) along with heater cover stand.
